It's a midweek game

Cambridge United travel to Burton tonight fresh from a hard fought victory over Southport at the weekend. The first thing we need to remember is our away form is poor and to add to that Mark Peters is now suspended for two games following his booking for celebrating with the fans on Saturday. This can be described as needless or that the ref was over-exuberant, in any case it leaves us with out a key central defender. At the time of writing it is assumed that this suspension will kick in for the game tonight although it may well be Saturday before he has to miss a game.

What will be interesting is the formation that we will be playing. Normally away from home we leave one man up front and hope to catch our opponents on the break. This man is normally Craig Westcarr who has done very well in this role. If we play this way tonight I would expect this to be Jamie Guy though I would prefer if we actually went out for a win and started up front with the returning Fola alongside Jamie. Our manage, Rob Newman, has never started with Fola after he has come back from injury or suspension so I am going to suspect that we will start with one up front and hope for the best. I am calling a 1-1 draw on this one. Time permitting I will be back later on to discuss the result
