Weekend Preview - Football

Cambridge have a home game tomorrow against Morecombe who are one of the few sides they have beaten away from home this year. Morecombe are a team just outside the play off zone and will want to put up a strong performance at the Abbey stadium to put pressure on the teams above them. This could well play into Cambridge's hands as they will look to hit them on the break. At this point in the season one point will not be enough for them so they will need to attack.

I will expect some changes for the team tomorrow, hopefully with Onibuje returning to partner Westcarr upfront. This week to strikers have been let go and he is the only one left, although Newman may persist with Guy, although if he is not returning next year we will need to return him back to Colchester soon. I would like to see some attacking ambition from Mr. Newman tomorrow so that we can win our first double of the season and cement a place towards the top of the bottom half. I predict a hard fought 2-1 victory
