Aussie Rules Weekend Review

Sydney Swans season tool another disastrous turn when they were defeated by Port Adelaide at the weekend. Now you can get them at $21 to win back to back premierships and even that seems a decent price. Confidence is being reported as low, and something will need to be done before the game against Carlton next week. The biggest problem seems to be a lack of getting to grips with the new rules, this is supported by the lopsided penalty count of the last two games. The coach will really have his work cut out to raise the teams game, but he remains in a confident mood pointing to the now traditional slow start to the season. He is confident of a win next week and I will judge his performance as a team motivator on the back of that. So for now the punters may stay away, but in a few weeks time that may well have been a price we all would have liked to take.
